Your reflections, your choices.
Before you submit
Your complete questionnaire answers and progress stay in this browser. They are not sent to an AI service. Someone with access to this browser profile may be able to see them. Each journey’s Start fresh control clears its local reflections after confirmation.
If you choose to email your note
With your consent, we retain your email address, the summary shown to you, selected audit details, any experiment you confirm, consent version, and submission timestamp in Supabase. The site owner can access these submissions. Summaries and experiments may contain excerpts from your reflections; review them before submitting.
Selected audit details are predefined choices such as focus area, constraint classification, familiar response, desired quality, emotion, and answered-question count. We do not submit your full answer collection or browser progress.
For More of What Matters, the only questionnaire metric submitted is the answered-question count. Advice written for others is not posted publicly; a short takeaway may appear in your private summary if you choose to email it.
Email delivery and check-ins
When you request your summary, we share your email address and summary with Resend to send that email. Resend and your email provider process the message and delivery information under their policies. A sending confirmation means the email service accepted the request, not guaranteed inbox delivery. No marketing enrollment or scheduled check-in occurs. Future check-ins will require a separate opt-in.
Retention and clearing data
Submitted summaries currently remain stored; automatic expiry and a self-service deletion channel are not yet available. Clearing browser progress does not delete an earlier submission. If you do not want a retained copy, keep your note on screen without submitting it.
A reflective tool
Self Redesign is not therapy, diagnosis, or financial, legal, or medical advice. Skip personal questions whenever you prefer. If you are in immediate danger, seek immediate local help rather than relying on this questionnaire.
